[In the last few weeks it hasn't been difficult to get a rise out of Veronica whether it had to do with Koji or not. It was a well known fact that pregnant woman could be emotional, and Veronica could apparently be moved to tears over nearly anything. Someone dropped a plate and she burst out into tears, a girl in her class made fun of her for being so visibly knocked out and Veronica wailed so awfully that one of the teacher had come into the bathroom to try and calm her down. She was a mess, and it was fucking awful and thank goodness Koji had the sense to avoid complaining because she would undoubtedly refuse to accept that whatever the fuck he went through compared to her.
For instance, Veronica didn't have some version of a Junko trying to fuck her all the goddamn time. And even when she'd come to accept that the two of them were just inseparable in their own way, there was still Audrey. Their last run in, barely two weeks ago, had ended in an actual fight over Koji and Veronica had been so livid that she locked her door, and refused to come to dinner. Audrey ... Kept a bag of pees over one eye, because Veronica had one hell of a right hook.
Whether that was what lead her to taking it up the ass from one of Koji's teammates was hard to say, but that's the scene he walks in on.
