Remembering something Nariko said or at least he imagined, Masaomi lurches forward with his most recent thrust, placing one hand firmly on Nariko's collarbone, but the other roughly tugging Mikado's collar to lurch the boy over to them. The stumbling movement Mikado makes puts his butt and hips more or less by Nariko's face, and his own face near Masaomi's. And before any words are said, the taller boy pulls Mikado in to kiss him.
It's clumsy, and he'll need to break to moan, but he might as well enter him into this.
